At Mamta Sweets, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, our refund and returns policy is limited. Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, along with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Perishable food items, including sweets, dairy products, and ready-to-eat items, are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Damaged or Defective Products
In rare cases where a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
Once your complaint is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon delivery. Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@mamtasweets.com.
Gifts
If an order was marked as a gift, any approved refund or replacement will be processed according to the original order details. Gift refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit.
Shipping Returns
Returned products (if approved) must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mamta Sweets is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
