Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mamta Sweets, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering fresh sweets. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy outlined below.


Order Cancellation

Once an order is successfully placed and processed through the payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled. Requests for cancellation after order confirmation will not be accepted.


Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 30 days from the order date (within India).

  • If Mamta Sweets fails to ship the ordered products due to operational reasons.

  • If the delivery location is not serviceable by our contracted courier partners after order confirmation.

In such eligible cases, the refund process will be initiated from the 31st day of the order date and may take a minimum of 10 additional working days to reflect in the original mode of payment, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.


Damaged Products

No refunds will be issued for damaged products.
However, damaged products may be exchanged strictly as per our Returns & Exchange Policy, subject to verification and timely intimation.


Non-Refundable Situations

No cancellation, return, or refund requests will be entertained in the following cases:

  • Customer dissatisfaction after delivery (e.g., taste preference, personal liking, or expectations not met).

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Failure to accept delivery after two unsuccessful delivery attempts by courier partners.

  • Order refusal by the recipient at the time of delivery.

  • Minor variations in product color, shape, or design. As our sweets are freshly prepared, slight differences between website images and actual products are natural and unavoidable.
