Mamta Sweets is committed to delivering fresh and high-quality sweets to our customers in a timely and safe manner. Please review the following shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders placed on the Mamta Sweets website are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During festivals or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Mamta Sweets delivers orders within India only. Delivery availability depends on whether the shipping location is serviceable by our courier partners. If a delivery address is found to be non-serviceable after order placement, the customer will be notified accordingly.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location:

  • Local / nearby areas: 2–4 business days

  • Other regions within India: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. These charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, weight, and courier partner.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, no refund or re-delivery will be provided.


Perishable Products

As we deal in perishable food items, customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order promptly. Mamta Sweets shall not be responsible for delays caused due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact details.


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the package and products. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.


Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, wherever applicable, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.


Force Majeure

Mamta Sweets shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or courier service interruptions.
